Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation PolicyOrders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support at salezone10@gmail.com with your order details.

Once the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after receiving the product.

Refund PolicyWe accept returns and refunds under the following conditions: Eligibility for RefundItems must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for refunds.

Refund ProcessInitiate a return request by emailing salezone10@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange PolicyWe oer exchanges for size or defective products within 7 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact salezone10@gmail.com with your order details.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account rst.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is ocially posted.
